The Santoku is a Japanese style knife that is primarily used for prepping vegetables. However, this western style santoku features a double bevel that makes it helpful for all the kitchen tasks of a mid sized knife. 6"  blade length and 2" wide at the heel. Two-toned curly koa and full tang handle construction with two brass pins. Steel of this knife is 1095 high carbon.
